Management and Engineering Technologies International, Inc. (METI) seeks a qualified consultant to produce a research and policy paper on opportunities for financing global climate change adaptation and mitigation efforts in rural areas of developing countries within USAID’s scope of influence. The consultant will: (1) review existing literature and conduct meetings, field visits and other activities necessary to produce the requested paper; (2) synthesize new and existing information on the topic to produce an authoritative policy paper; (3) deliver 100 copies of a final report ready for public distribution; and (4) conduct two public presentations based on the paper for USAID and its partners in Washington, D.C.
